Luteté is responsible for customer service, product descriptions, pricing, and all store‑related communications. Printify and its print providers are responsible for production and shipping.

2. Fulfilment Partner

We use Printify as our production and fulfilment partner. When you place an order, your details are securely shared with Printify and the print provider assigned to manufacture and ship your item.

Printify is an independent service provider and not owned or operated by Luteté.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, branding, and written content on this store are the exclusive property of Luteté unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

4. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Luteté is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or Printify’s print providers.
Luteté is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
