1. About Us

We design products; Printify and its network of print providers manufacture and ship them.
2. How Our Service Works
When you place an order:

You purchase a product designed by us.

Printify forwards the order to one of its third‑party print providers.

The print provider manufactures and ships the item directly to you.

Your contract for fulfilment (production + shipping) is partially performed by Printify’s print providers.
By ordering from our store, you agree to these Terms.
3. Products & Colours
All products are made to order. Colours, placement, and scale may vary slightly due to:

Screen display differences

Print provider equipment

Manual production variations
These variations are not considered defects.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible. Payment is taken at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time before purchase.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on:

The print provider assigned by Printify

Your delivery location

Seasonal demand
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be cancelled.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because all items are custom‑printed, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size

Disliking the design
We DO offer replacements or refunds for:

Damaged items

Misprints
-
Incorrect items

Manufacturing defects
To request a replacement, email us within 14 days of delivery with:

Order number

Photos of the issue

Description of the problem
We will submit the claim to Printify on your behalf. Printify’s print provider must approve the claim before a replacement is issued.
7. Order Issues & Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, we will open a Printify investigation. If the carrier confirms loss, a replacement will be issued.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Delays caused by customs or carriers

Items marked as “delivered” by the carrier
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, and content on this store are owned by Lutete. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Printify and its print providers are independent contractors and not our employees.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
